Members of Ayr Diving Club say they have been left “devastated” after a motion aimed at reversing cuts to diving sessions at the Citadel in Ayr failed to progress at a South Ayrshire Council meeting. Golf course redevelopment approved in Ayr

Plans for a £5.4 million redevelopment of Belleisle Golf Course in Ayr have been approved by South Ayrshire Council after a lengthy debate among councillors. The approved “Option 3” proposal includes new GolfPod practice technology, upgraded clubhouse and catering facilities, golf simulators and changes to parts of the course.
