Hospice abseil challenge raises thousands

Ten determined fundraisers have raised thousands of pounds for Ayrshire Hospice after taking on a dramatic abseil challenge.

The group descended 100 feet from the top of the iconic Falkirk Wheel as part of a fundraising effort to support the hospice and the care it provides to patients and families across the region.

Despite the daunting height, all ten participants completed the challenge successfully.

Ayrshire Hospice thanked everyone involved for their support, with the event helping to raise valuable funds for the charity’s ongoing community work.
