A new pedestrian crossing is set to be installed on High Street in Stewarton, at the junction with Hamilton Gardens.
The project will go ahead following the completion of nearby Scottish Water works, with the aim of improving road safety and access to the local GP surgery. Stewarton Initiatives has been credited for its role in progressing the plans through the Community Action Plan.
