Almost 200 pupils from Doon Academy have raised £2,019 through a sponsored walk to Craigengillan Estate.

The pupils took part despite wet weather, walking from the school to the estate and back.

The gardens at Craigengillan Estate provided a place for pupils to take a break and have a snack before the return journey.

The school thanked pupils, families and the wider community for their support, as well as the Craigengillan Estate in raising the money to help support school activities and initiatives.
