Concerns for pothole numbers in local areas

Local authorities in Ayrshire have shared their concerns over recent numbers of potholes reported in the past few years. Statistics from Confused.com revealed that East and South Ayrshire has seen over 13,000 of the road obstructions reported in a four-year period. Airport heralds historic aircraft landing

Glasgow Prestwick Airport welcomed the arrival of a rare fighter plane to their runway , to mark a special aviation anniversary. Beaches clean up their act from recent data

Data experts have warned of ongoing issues with sewage pollution on Scotland's coastlines, but Ayrshire is showing a "sharp" drop in beach litter.
