Thistle condemn overnight stadium vandals

A North Ayrshire football club have condemned vandals who broke into their stadium overnight and caused damage to the facilities.

Ardeer Thistle says CCTV captured the incident, while those involved also allegedly recorded themselves and shared footage on social media.

The club says it now has video evidence and the names of those involved, which will be passed to Police Scotland.

It has described the incident as “incredibly disappointing”, highlighting the stadium’s importance to the local community, says it will do everything possible to ensure those responsible are held accountable.
