Voting is now underway across Ayrshire to decide the region’s next MSPs.
Polling stations opened at 7am today across various facilities in the region and will stay open until 10pm, with voting counts set for Friday.
Constituencies including Ayr, Cunninghame South and Kilmarnock and Irvine Valley are all part of the decision in this latest Scottish Parliament election.
Young people from six South Ayrshire secondary schools took part in a modern languages football competition designed to combine sport, creativity and language learning.
