NHS Ayrshire and Arran launch Holly Health app
Residents across the region are being offered access to a free health app through NHS Ayrshire and Arran. The Holly Health app provides personalised coaching to support improvements in areas such as sleep, stress, physical activity and diet. More than 12,000 people in Ayrshire and Arran have already signed up. Users are eligible for an initial free six-month subscription, with the opportunity to continue for a further six months after completing the first stage.
