Community art sessions in Kilwinning continue to run weekly, offering a welcoming and inclusive space for local residents. The sessions take place at Cranberry Moss on Tuesdays and Kilwinning Library on Fridays. Both groups run from 10am until 12pm and are free to attend. Organisers say the sessions are open to people of all abilities, encouraging creativity while also supporting social connection, confidence and wellbeing.
Residents across the region are being offered access to a free health app through NHS Ayrshire and Arran. The Holly Health app provides personalised coaching to support improvements in areas such as sleep, stress, physical activity and diet. More than 12,000 people in Ayrshire and Arran have already signed up. Users are eligible for an initial free six-month subscription, with the opportunity to continue for a further six months after completing the first stage.
