Unite Summer Scotland – Ticket Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • This competition is open to residents of the KA postcode area (Ayrshire) only.

   • Entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of entry.

   • Only one entry per person per day is permitted.

2. Entry

   • Entry is available via Ali & Michael in the Morning on Now Ayrshire Radio (Weekdays, 6am–10am).

   • No purchase necessary to enter.

3. Prize

   • One winner will be selected each weekday (Monday–Thursday) to receive a pair of Club Badges to Unite Summer Scotland at Ayr Racecourse on Saturday 21st June 2025.

   • On Friday, one winner will receive a VIP upgrade to the Chancellor Premier Lounge, which includes:

     • Private bar

     • Reserved table

     • Betting facilities

     • Welcome drink

     • Racecard

   • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

   • No cash alternative will be offered.

4. Winner Notification

   • Winners will be announced live on air and/or contacted directly via details provided.

   • If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 24 hours, the prize may be forfeited and offered to another entrant.

5. Event Responsibility

   • Now Ayrshire Radio and its partners are not responsible for changes, postponements, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond their control.

   • Travel, food, drink, and accommodation are not included unless explicitly stated.

6. General

   • By entering, all entrants agree to these terms and any decisions made by Now Ayrshire Radio, which are final.

   • Now Ayrshire Radio reserves the right to withdraw or amend this competition at any time without prior notice.

   • We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of the terms or submitting false information.
