Heads of Ayr Farm Park Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of the KA postcode area (Ayrshire) only.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Only one entry per person per day is permitted.
Entry
Entry is via participation during the Ali & Michael in the morning show on Now Ayrshire Radio (6am–10pm).
No purchase is necessary.
Prize
Prize entitles a family of up to 2 adults (16 years and older) and 3 children (under 16 years) entry to Heads of Ayr Farm Park on Saturday 16th August 2025 from 10am – 5pm for “Superhero Day” event. Prize is for use over 1 day and cannot be reused. Date of use may be changed if prior notice given to Heads of Ayr Farm Park by calling 01292 441210 but must be used no later than 31st October 2025. Prize is non-transferable, no change will be given upon use and they cannot be exchanged for money, other goods or services from Heads of Ayr Farm Park. Any additional people attending out with the 2 adults and 3 children will require to pay full standard entry rate. Children must be accompanied by at least 1 adult. Heads of Ayr Farm Park reserves the right to refuse access or to remove access to anyone who does not follow the mandatory site rules and restrictions signposted throughout their site.
Winner Notification
Winners will be announced live on air and/or contacted via the details provided.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours, the prize may be forfeited and offered to another entrant.
Event Responsibility
Now Ayrshire Radio and the event promoter accept no responsibility for changes, postponements, or cancellations of the event beyond their control.
Travel and accommodation are not included.
General
By entering, all entrants agree to these terms and any decisions made by Now Ayrshire Radio, which are final.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of cheating or not meeting the eligibility criteria.
